We Are a Family Business

Our properties are managed hands on by us, the owners. Jeff and Karen are always there to make sure every location is kept in tip top shape. Whether its painting, tweaking your equipment, or welcoming a new tenant, we are always working to improve the properties. Ask any one of our lucky tenants. Hands-on management means higher quality surroundings to call your own as you build your business.

Classic Designs

Our locations are all classically designed to provide a sophisticated upscale environment for any salon trade. Our doors and trim are cherry hardwood to provide an ageless background for your own customization with colors, furniture, and accessories. Fully Equipped

We will outfit your suite with equipment, and paint it to your liking. Most other salon suite properties provide you with nothing but an empty space. At InStyle Suites, we want you outfitted and happy from day one.
